As a small but dynamic team of 8, we offer plenty of opportunities for talented individuals to grow with us.
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Social Media Manager/Content Creator to join our team at our Head Office in Hertford. This role involves managing and growing our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) with a focus on creating engaging content and driving both organic and paid social strategies. If you’re excited about fashion, social media, and content creation, this is your chance to level up your career.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging content across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok that aligns with our brand and drives positive engagement.
- Support and execute our social media strategy, collaborating with our photography, marketing, and product teams.
- Organize content days and manage the planning of photo shoots.
- Share new content ideas and strategies for organic and paid campaigns with the Director.
- Monitor social media performance with weekly and monthly reports.
- React quickly to trends and opportunities to maximize engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest in fashion and integrate relevant news into our content.
Who We’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing social media accounts and creating content, particularly within the fashion industry. You should be highly motivated, adaptable, and ready to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Key Skills and Experience
- Proven experience with social media content creation and account management.
- Proficiency in tools like Splice, Premiere Pro, Hootsuite, Canva, or Adobe Spark.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and data-driven strategies.
- Ability to take high-quality photos using DSLR or iPhone; potential to be camera-facing.
- Creative, organized, and fluent in written and spoken English.
- Basic experience with Klaviyo for email marketing and updating website imagery.
