You have 14 days from the date you receive the parcel to return it. Any orders sent back after this period will be rejected and returned to you. We can see how long the order has been with you from the tracking, so please ensure returns are made within the allowed timeframe.

- Any items smelling of smoke/body odour
- Due to hygiene reasons swimwear & underwear can not be returned
- Items that have had the swing tags, labels removed
- Items that show signs of wear
- Items that come back with pet hairs on
- items that have been worn or damaged in the wash are not our liability

Refunds are processed within 1/4 working days from when we receive the item(s).

If you are exchanging for a different size, simply indicate the desired size on the invoice/returns form, and we will handle the rest. For exchanges involving a different product, please email us at info@boinclo.co.uk, and our returns team will assist with the process. If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference. If it costs more, we will send an invoice via email that you can easily pay through our checkout with a click of a button.

If your item is marked as signed for, it means we have received it. Returns are typically processed within 1 to 4 working days after that.

We do not charge a fee for normal returns—you'll receive a full refund minus the original postage cost. However, fees apply in two cases:
- Multiple Size Orders: A 5% restocking fee is charged if you order multiple sizes of the same item. This practice is highly detrimental to our business, as it temporarily removes items from availability for other customers, leads to higher transaction fees (especially for high-value orders), and can result in lost sales opportunities. We strongly encourage contacting customer service for precise measurements before ordering to avoid this.
- Returned Exchanges: While exchanges are processed for free, if you return the exchanged item, we will deduct postage costs for both the original and exchanged orders from your refund.
